Against the backdrop of Florence, a vibrant city layered in Renaissance art and history, you will experience hands-on cooking classes with a professional staff; wine expertise classes, design, hospitality, marketing classes and more. In addition, the study of the Italian language and excursions to art exhibits and museums allow you to immerse yourself fully in the Italian sensibility and its connections to food, art and culture. Courses at AISH may be taken for as little as one month in the Summer or for a semester in the Fall, Spring and Summer. You may also enroll in a one-year certificate program.
