**Private apartment arrangements are not handled by our office. If you request a private apartment we will forward you contact information in order to arrange your apartment directly with the agency in Florence that handles private rentals for our students.

Please note: Applications will not be processed until the US Office has received:

1) $75 Application fee

2) Student Services Fee (See Term for Cost)

3) $300 Security deposit (refundable)

4) 50% Tuition payment. Students applying for two semesters must include a second semester fees and $1000 tuition deposit. This must be paid at the time of application. *PLEASE NOTE: If enrolling for two semester terms, the $1000 tuition second semester tuition deposit is non-refundable after the first semester application deadline. All other cancellation policies apply.

1. Personal Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check: Make check payable to: "Study Abroad Italy".
2. Bank Wire Transfer: Please contact our office for wiring instructions.

Please note: Prior to sending your wire transfer, contact your bank regarding any fees that will be deducted along the way, including those imposed by any intermediary banks. The amount due is the amount that must arrive in the account.

NOTE: The Applicant's name must appear on the Bank Wire Transfer, Personal Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check.

3. Credit Cards:  Online Payment via Visa/Mastercard and E-checks: Study Abroad Italy accepts Visa or Mastercard only. Credit card payments and E-check payments may be made directly online at the following link: http://www.studyabroaditaly.com/finance/payment.php

Credit card payments are charged a 2.3% handling fee. There is no charge for E-check (electronic check from your checking account) payments.
