Tuition deposit and fees must be received by our office before a letter of enrollment will be issued. This applies to all programs including the Master program for which the entire one-year tuition must be paid. Students who are undecided about enrolling in multiple terms should note that it is possible to extend their program after arrival in Florence. However, they will likely be required to return to their country of residence in order to renew their student visa.* Students applying for two semesters and not wishing to return to their country of residence to renew their visa may pay a second semester tuition deposit of $1000. This must be paid at the time of application.

PLEASE NOTE: if enrolling for two semester terms, the $1000 second semester tuition deposit is non-refundable after the first semester application deadline.

All other cancellation policies apply. Upon receipt of deposit payment an acceptance letter will be issued for both semesters. Payments may be combined in one check, made payable to Study Abroad Italy and sent to the office in California. All payments, including wire transfers should list the applicant's name.
