Application & Program Costs: Masters in Italian Cuisine Fall 2008 - Spring 2009
Application Fee:

Student Services Fee: $1700
Security Deposit $300
Tuition (without US credits-Apicius transcript only) $12,000
Tuition (with US Fairfield University credits) $12,800

SAI will continue to accept applications after July 01 based on availability and with payment of late fee
APPLICATION PROCEDURE

STEP 1: Submit application with a non-refundable $80 Application Fee, Transcript and/or CV. Your Transcript/CV may be sent separately, in which case acceptance will be conditional until it is received. Master applicants are required to hold a degree in Hospitality Management and/or demonstrate 3 years of experience in food preparation.

On-line applications will not be processed until application fee is received.

   

STEP 2: Notification of acceptance status will be sent to you by email and post within one week of application. Within 2 weeks of email acceptance the following deposit will be due:

$300 Security deposit

$1,700 student services fee

50 percent of one-year tuition

$1000 single supplement (if applicable)

$1000 second semester tuition deposit (if applicable; for one year visa)

 

STEP 3: Balance of tuition, full rent payment and Fairfield University credits
(if applicable)

Financial Aid Students:
Students using financial aid are required to pay Application Fee, Confirmation Deposit, Student Services Fee and Security Deposit. Written verification of financial aid award or loan approval must be sent to our office in order to delay the balance of program fee and before your application is considered complete. If your financial award is not sufficient to cover full Program Fee, the difference must be paid by the final payment date. Please direct all questions concerning financial aid to the SAI California office.
