Students using financial aid and/or loans are required to pay all applicable fees, a Tuition Deposit (see Costs page) and Security Deposit with their application. A financial aid award letter or verification of loan approval must be sent to the California office in order to delay the Tuition Cost balance and before your application is considered complete. If your financial aid award and/or loan is not sufficient to cover the full Tuition Cost, the balance must be paid by the regular payment deadline date.
If you intend to use financial aid, check with your home university to determine if a Consortium Agreement must be completed between your university and Study Abroad Italy. Those students receiving financial aid through their home university may be able to transfer these funds to Study Abroad Italy for payment of their Tuition Cost. Contact the Study Abroad Italy office in California if you have further questions.
Please note – Rent cannot be deferred and must be paid by the regular deadline.
All application materials and payments should be sent to the Study Abroad Italy office in California, including consortium agreements or other financial aid/loan documents.
