Students enrolled in SAI programs from affiliated universities will receive US credit for courses from their home university, and should request copies of their transcripts from their home university’s Study Abroad or Registrar's Office. This process can take up to 8 weeks.

Non-Affiliate Students

SAI students enrolling from non-affiliated schools may receive US credit for courses at Apicius through Fairfield University in Connecticut. In such cases an enrollment fee is added to the tuition.
Students from non-affiliated schools who have requested a Fairfield University transcript will request their transcripts directly from Fairfield University. A $4 fee is charged for each transcript. This process can take up to 8 weeks. The form may be printed from your computer at http://www.fairfield.edu/reg_transcript.html

Please note: once a term ends it may take up to 8 weeks for grades to be recorded at Fairfield and for a transcript to be issued. However, you may send your request at any time.
